This policy explains the cookies Social Magic uses and what each one is for. It covers this marketing site and the Social Magic application.
This website sets no cookies
The site you are reading now — our marketing and legal pages — sets no cookies at all. There is no sign-in here, and nothing you do on these pages is stored on your device by us.
Cookies in the application
When you sign in to the app, we set a small number of cookies. All of them are strictly necessary — the service cannot work without them. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not set analytics or tracking cookies.
- Sign-in cookies (names beginning
sb-). Set by Supabase, our authentication provider, to keep you signed in and to refresh your session securely as you move between pages. Without these you would be signed out on every click. - Active brand (
kimp_active_ws). Remembers which brand workspace you are currently working in, so the app shows the right calendar, library and analytics when you return. It holds an identifier for the workspace, nothing else. - Support session (
kimp_admin_impersonation). Set only when a member of our team is viewing an account in a read-only support session. It is never set during normal use of your own account.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, and no advertising pixels.
- No third-party analytics or session-recording tools.
- No cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share cookie data.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, blocking them will sign you out and prevent the application from working — the marketing and legal pages will still be fully readable.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it.
